Woohooo! I found a full sized freezer on gumtree that I'm getting for $120, delivered. He will be dropping it off either Monday or Tuesday afternoon meaning.... Lite N Easy starts on Thursday! SO psyched.
Yay! We also bought a freezer a couple of weeks ago. I'm trying to use ours to freeze excess produce from the garden and the shops. Apples are $1 per kilo this week so I think there will be a bit of stewing going on this weekend for putting in the freezer for future crumbles, pies, sponges etc. (unfortunately not WW friendly tho!!)

ReplyDeleteOh definitely a good idea! I drove past a sign with pears for 39c a kg today so I think I should do the same. Stewed pears with ice cream, mmmm!
